Once the bans are lifted and we can safely travel again, every effort will be made to reschedule our trips and coordinate with the venues to re-book us and get us all traveling again. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided.
Primrose Excursions is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours / trips arranged by Primrose Excursions. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
Tour and Travel Rating System
EE – Easy Excursion
Easy Excursion requires minimal walking at a comfortable pace or other relaxing activity.
MM – Moderate Mobility
Moderate Mobility may require more walking, repeated entering/exiting bus, possibly more stairs and/or standing, such as outdoor walking tours and museums visits.
AA – Active Adventure
Active Adventure asks for more extensive walking, stairs, uphill climbing, standing and outdoor activities on uneven ground at a more challenging pace, and may involve longer periods of sitting on a bus or plane.

Occupancy Specific Pricing
When two prices are quoted, the first price listed is per person for double occupancy and the second price is for per person single occupancy.
Parking/ Bus Pickup Locations
Check your trip itineraries for more details. Arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to departure for check in and boarding.
The bus will meet us for pick up at the public parking lot at 100 E. Santa Clara Street in downtown Ventura.
When the primary location is unavailable, we meet on Eastman Street next to the Burlington Store at 4762 Telephone Road Ventura, CA 93003 in the parking lot shared with Winco Foods and Chick fil A
For only trips heading south we also pick-up at the Park n’ Ride at Pleasant Valley /Santa Rosa Road in Camarillo.
Overnight Trips /Extended Tours
We partner with the Ventura Beach Marriott to utilize their parking structure for a paid in advance reduced per night fee.
